I sent a question and within 2 minutes I got a reply. Once I placed the order, I got an update showing that it was being worked on. This was also very late at night, and I was not expecting a response till the morning. I love the fact that they got back to me so quickly. They shipped it out right away in the morning and got it within a few days. It turned out great and would most definitely buy from again.
